Sarabeth Clarke, owner of TEND

Sarabeth Clarke created TEND with a heart for meeting girls, teens, and women wherever they are in their fitness journey. Whether you have never worked out or have been training for years, this is a space designed to partner in the journey of both heart and body wellness.

Movement helps us find pieces of ourselves we may not know yet and deepen parts of ourselves we already know. TEND invites you into a space that honors where you are today, calls you to more, and links arms with you on the way.

Through small group functional movement classes, we will connect with ourselves and others and say yes to doing hard things.

We will build habits and practices together that move us to deeper living, wonder, and expression.
